Almir

Young Almir, also perfects the art of determination and discipline by strictly following the tailored Nutritional Plan.  Almir noticed changes with his body after only 2 weeks, and a clear transformation after 5 weeks.  The first two weeks Almir trained heavy weights (hypertrophy), combined with running 4kms three times a week, together with basketball training.  He then performed HIIT explosive / plyometric training for basketball to week 6 (current per photos), combined with heavy weights for the upper body and individual basketball drills.  Pictures are taken at week 6 (November 2013).  What an amazing achievement and a credit to Almir’s dedication and drive.
